Gum Arabic (Acacia spp) IgG4
The allergen-specific IgA assay is an in vitro quantitative assay. It is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of IgA mediated allergic disorders in conjunction with other clinical findings.
ProcedureEnzyme immunoassay (FEIA). A standard curve is used to calculate the specific IgA concentrations. The calibrators are referenced to the International Reference Preparation for serum immunoglobulins . This test has not been cleared or approved for diagnostic use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
